So I get several questions in the comments below my videos and via e-mail to my website, www.robertsessaplumbing.com. I do my best to reply to everyone asking generic questions (a free service) on basic plumbing repair.

Then there are those who ask for specific solutions to very specific plumbing problems which in all fairness would be negligent on my part to answer without actually seeing actual job site conditions.

I only travel to specific zip codes that are close to my base in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn (11220). This puts me out of the reach of the majority of homeowners seeking answers to their plumbing problems.

I’m more than happy to answer questions on your specific plumbing problem via a SKYPE or FACETIME call whether you’re in or out of my service area. However, this is NOT a free service but is substantially less costly than having me make an onsite visit to your home. I accept Venmo and Zelle for payments (same as cash).

I block off valuable in-the-field time to answer YOUR plumbing questions. I need a minimum of 48 hours for cancellations! so I can reschedule my workload. If you decide to CANCEL Your appointment 24 hours before our call, half the full consultation fee will be charged.
