Hi, my name is Robert (Bob) Sessa a Brooklyn New York City Licensed Master Plumber since 1978 and the founder and original owner of Sessa Plumbing & Heating, (NO LONGER AFFILIATED). I hate to call trades people to work in my own home. From the moment they show up (if at all) thru the entire process of being in my home I start to break out into a cold sweat.
Praying that they’ll respect my home, my time, but most of all hoping they’ll get the job done right the first time. I was inducted to the plumbing trade at a very early age because my father was a plumber and I would ride along with him on off school days as well as on weekends.
I learned first hand how to treat people properly and address any concerns they may have had as we serviced their plumbing issue. Unfortunately today, plumbers are in a hurry! They want to fix the problem as quickly as possible and hurry onto their next job.
