Hi, my name is Robert (Bob) Sessa a New York City licensed master plumber and I hate to call trades people to work in my own home. From the moment they show up (if at all) thru the entire process of being in my home I start to break out into a cold sweat. Praying that they’ll respect my home, my time, but most of all hoping they’ll get the job done right the first time.
The number one reason I sold the company I founded in 1978, was a lack of qualified talent. I was growing beyond three service vehicles and needed to get qualified personnel in order for that to happen. I interviewed applicants for literally one year before realizing that I was going to end up babysitting these people and that was simply not going to happen. I just couldn’t understand why people’s hands had to be constantly held in order for them to do their jobs.
I was introduced to the plumbing trade at a very early age because my father was a plumber and I would ride along with him on school days off as well as on weekends. I learned first hand how to treat people properly and address any concerns they may have had as we serviced their plumbing issue. Unfortunately today, everyone is in a hurry! They want to fix the problem as quickly as possible and move onto their next job.
Your Smart-Phone Can’t Fix Your Toilet!
The trades are hurting today because of a lack of qualified and frankly disinterested young people wanting to get their hands dirty. Ask yourself what would it be like not to be able to use the toilet, bathtub, sink, water heater, dishwasher or washing machine? Like most people, we take life’s everyday pleasures for granted and I get that but you owe it to yourself and family to have a “Plumbing Systems” health check-up today!
Please take a moment to browse through my website and see if I can be of assistance to you now or possibly in the future. I would be proud to be your plumber!
By the way, Robert Sessa Plumbing consists of just ME! I’m Bob Sessa and I’m on a mission to fix your plumbing problem on the first visit one customer at a time. When you call Robert Sessa Plumbing you get me!…not an apprentice…not an employee…but the BOSS!
